My boyfriend and I stayed at Christl's hotel for the first time and already know we’ll return. Hotel Georg is one of my favorites. The location is great, with everything within walking distance, and breakfast had everything we could want. Both the rooms and the hotel are spacious and stylish, with lovely attention to detail. The warm welcome and the hostess’s helpfulness really stand out. I highly recommend it.

The mountain view is a lovely extra, but the beds might be the best part. They’re so comfortable you could spend the whole holiday asleep. The rooms and shared areas are spotless, even with white carpets in winter when plenty of dirt must come in from outside. The rooms are thoughtfully put together, from the Hermes pictures to the coffee table books. Familie Skardarasy runs this lovely hotel on a quiet side street in Lech, and the welcome feels personal and friendly right from the start. And breakfast? Just WOW. Anyone choosing one of Lech’s huge hotel blocks is missing out.

We had no complaints about the room, the breakfast, or the location. The hostess and her team made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, and the whole hotel is decorated with such care. Next time we’re in Lech, we’ll stay at Das Georg again.

We’ve been coming back several times a year for more than 10 years. Christl looks after her guests with so much care, and Georg feels like the coziest house in Lech.
