The people really made the stay: staff were exceptional at every turn, and the owner was present and easy to approach. The food was beautiful, and the spa gorgeous. This was the best ski trip we’ve ever had, with a location that couldn’t be better. I can’t recommend it enough, and we can’t wait to return. It raises the bar. One tip for future visitors: this isn’t the place for slovenly après comfties at dinner or baselayers at breakfast. Sartorial elegance throughout adds to the magic.

The small touches made us smile, from the kiwi and passion fruit cut so they stood up firmly to the clever pins with room numbers attached to the housecoats. The spa was a highlight too, with a great range of saunas and shower options, plus a refreshing cold plunge bath. Jessie looked after us incredibly well, attentive to every detail, and the whole staff were friendly and caring throughout. We loved the food, especially the fondue evening. Trying the broth afterward like a soup was such a fun, unusual touch. This was easily the best ski hotel we’ve stayed at in the Alps. We wish we could take it along on all our future ski trips, and can’t wait to visit again. Many thanks to the whole team!

The evening meals were world-class, with attentive, knowledgeable service, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We had a clean, spacious room with fabulous balcony views. It’s an excellent hotel, centrally located, with good facilities.

The real gem here is the people. The cleaners took fabulous care of our room twice a day, the bar staff, including Oliver, delighted us with their creations, and the waiting staff couldn’t do enough. The hotel is lovely, well decorated, and in a great location. Dinner is six courses, with three choices for the main, including vegetarian and pescatarian options, and the quality is very high. The bar has every drink you could want, and the sunny terrace is a perfect place to watch the last skiers come down. We’ll be back! #YOURFINESTSTAY
