Hotel Muntanella made for a perfect stay. It was very convenient in winter, even though we had to take the tram into town. We had great ski-in, ski-out access, fast wifi, a good ski room, and a delicious breakfast. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and everything was very clean. Thanks to everyone at Muntanella for looking after us!

We’d happily recommend Hotel Muntanella and would love to return. Its spot in the heart of Oberlech puts you right on the slopes, so you can put on or take off your skis directly outside. The luggage transport to Oberlech was very well organized, and we were warmly welcomed. The hotel was spotless and very well maintained. The decor mixes modern touches with rustic charm. After skiing, the sauna, steam room, infrared chairs, and relaxation room made a lovely place to unwind. The ski room was cozy and practical, and we enjoyed having the pool table for an evening game or two. The owners were very accommodating and make the breakfast themselves each day, along with many other things around the hotel. It was healthy and varied, with a wide range of quality products and hot drinks, including delicious matcha. Dogs aren’t allowed because of the owners’ allergies, not because they dislike them.

The owner was so attentive and welcoming, which made the stay even nicer. The breakfast buffet was a real treat, generous and varied, and there are small, delicious dishes available in the evenings. The hotel felt cozy and inviting from the moment we arrived. We spent a long weekend here for a wedding and to explore the nearby hiking trails. The rooms, breakfast area, and spa are all furnished in a tasteful, elegant, modern style. It’s a small place with a lot of charm, and I’d highly recommend it.
