We came for lunch and dinner rather than staying at the hotel. When we asked inside about vegan options, the welcome was immediate, and we even got to talk with the chef. There were two vegan dishes on the menu, both absolutely delicious, made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. We really enjoyed the meal and the whole dining experience.

The restaurant was comfortable, and the staff were helpful and nice. I had lunch there with a friend, and the food was excellent and really delicious. A great spot to relax over a meal.

We were told they offer day-pass wellness access to people who aren't hotel guests, but when we tried, they wouldn't welcome us. They said it was only for hotel guests, and asking about other days didn't get us anywhere. Even if they really were fully booked, the way the man behind the counter spoke to us made us feel deeply insulted. He sent us to the local pool and seemed to think we were below the standard of his wellness facility. There are friendly, hospitable ways to say no. This wasn't one of them.

We stopped here for dinner while passing through, and the food was exceptional, tasty, beautifully presented and very well prepared. Several waiters served the whole table at once, and they were attentive and pleasant. We were also given an amuse-bouche beforehand. I can only recommend it. Bravo, and kudos to the chef!

We had two lovely days with the hotel's horse stables. The team was super friendly and multilingual. We did a private lesson and a trail ride, which was lovely, with a small group going through the valley and up into the mountains.
