Mrs. Bierbaumer was a huge part of why we loved Mountain Lodge. Her help on site was outstanding, and for us and many other guests she was truly the heart of the place. We'd stayed here for eight years and always felt very comfortable, accepting the usual price increases over time. Since the agency changed, our experience has taken a sharp turn. Prices went up by 25%, with no goodwill or consideration for loyal guests. We can't understand such a large increase when there have been no apartment renovations or improvements, and no new amenities like a sauna, fitness facilities, or leisure options. The way guests are treated on site also feels unacceptable to us. After we left, we received an offer for the following year and were asked to pay the full amount, which seemed entirely unreasonable. After that, we can't help wondering what other charges might come up on site. At this point, nothing would surprise us. We're not the only ones shocked by how long-standing customers are being treated. Other landlords and guests are too. It's deeply disappointing to see trust built over many years destroyed so quickly by a new agency.
