We stayed at Ferienhaus Dum in Dec 2025 and found the house clean and cozy, with everything we needed. There's good storage for ski equipment, and the sauna was a big plus. The fridge could be larger. You'll need a car to reach supermarkets and restaurants. A ski bus stops nearby, but we didn't use it, as we drove to the ski resorts.

The place feels like accommodation from the 80s, and the owners' mentality felt that way too. We couldn't agree on the price. What we'd been told by email and phone didn't match what we heard on arrival. The owner acknowledged that the information hadn't been clear enough and that it was her fault, but still wouldn't accept any kind of compromise...
