From the rooms, we stepped out onto a large balcony with a view of the cable car and the Zugspitz. The owners were so nice and helpful, thank you for everything, and we wish them many happy clients! The apartment on the second floor was about 50 m2 and beautifully equipped. It had a large, fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle and lots of utensils, everything was clean. There’s also a ski room with a direct exit to the garden and cable car. :)

The cable railway is right in front of the house and can be noisy now and then, though it’s not a problem if you’re up before 8:30 am. A bus stop is right outside, and supermarkets and restaurants are an easy walk away. Our clean room had a balcony, like all the rooms, and a great view of the mountains, including the Zugspitze. The service was really nice and they were happy to answer all sorts of questions. Great place.

The hosts were very helpful and glad to answer our questions. Our room had a balcony with a wonderful view, and breakfast was plentiful and excellent. A very nice place to stay, highly recommended.

The gondola lift is right next door, and the area was quiet. I got a very friendly welcome and a generous breakfast. I’d highly recommend it. You can leave the car behind and get around everywhere by bus.

The house is right beside the ski lift, in a very quiet part of Lermoos. We spent a wonderful week there with the whole family, and the breakfast was generous. We’d love to come back and highly recommend it.
