There’s a small fenced garden, and pets are allowed. The house is spacious and reasonably priced, and the landlady is very nice and helpful. The furnishings are practical but a little dated. Not everything worked perfectly. The refrigerator door kept popping open, and the landlady made a small fix that was acceptable.
