The staff’s response to an emergency made our stay memorable. My daughter dropped her phone into the elevator shaft, and as soon as we told the team, they secured the area and contacted the maintenance company to get it back. They handled a stressful moment professionally, and I’m deeply grateful for their dedication. The hotel also suits people driving, with free parking and a supermarket nearby for groceries. Our room had a microwave and electric kettle, which were extremely convenient.

On one morning of our three-day stay, my husband, daughter, and I came down for breakfast at 9:00, within the advertised 7:30 to 10:00 service hours, but most of the food was gone. There were no eggs, the fruit looked at least two days old, and the cheese was expired. I asked the receptionist if she could prepare a boiled egg for my young daughter, who needed something simple and fresh. She agreed, but said, “next time, you should wake up earlier because we don’t prepare breakfast upon request.” That was inappropriate and unprofessional. We’ve never had this problem on our travels, including during an extended stay in Vienna. Hotels have always replenished breakfast so it’s available until service ends, even later in the morning. This left us deeply dissatisfied and fell far short of the service we expected. I hope they take the feedback seriously and improve food management and hospitality. I attached photos of the breakfast items. The staff member was tall, with long black hair and fair skin.

We stayed one night, 10.08-11.08, as a family with two adults and our six-year-old child. At lunchtime after breakfast, she started feeling unwell. She hadn’t eaten anything else that day, but vomited for the rest of the day and needed a toilet stop every half hour. She’d eaten a roll with butter, cheese, bacon, an omelet, cucumber, and juice at the hotel. Something may not have been fresh. Please pay closer attention to food freshness, especially since many families with young children stay here. I absolutely don’t recommend this hotel. The shower water in our room also wouldn’t drain, there was a cobweb in the corner by the bed, and the curtains were torn.

There’s free parking at the front entrance, so there’s no need to pay for the garage if an outside spot is available. The room was spacious and modern, with air conditioning, a kitchen, a wardrobe about the size of a small room, and a balcony with two chairs and a table. The building also has snack and beer vending machines. On the second floor, there’s a washing machine, ironing board, and fresh sheets. Kids can use the little room downstairs with a slide, ball pit, and other things to play with. Breakfast was disappointing. If you have time, I’d make it yourself in the kitchen.
