Montagehotel Bed Steel

We had a peaceful stay and nobody disturbed us. The bed was so comfortable, and the hotel staff were very kind when we arranged everything by phone or email. It was a little far from where we needed to go, but the bus and tram connections worked pretty well. I had a nice experience and would recommend it.

MUY MAL: I had already requested the booking by email, and they even confirmed part of the reservation. Then they told us it was gone because someone else had booked online. I couldn't find a way to book rooms on their website. The only booking or contact option it gave for reaching them from Spain was email, and each time I asked for information, the replies took a long time. After TWO WEEKS of asking and delays, we were left without a room. What is this?

We told you we'd arrive late, but you didn't answer the phone. We called over and over and ended up spending the night on the street. We reached the hotel at half past twelve, as we'd informed you, so this level of organization is zero. We demand a refund. This isn't normal.

There's no service, but arriving late and leaving early were both no problem. I'd recommend a room facing the backyard, since the main road is very busy at night.
