The staff were lovely and helpful. They first gave us the wrong room, then sorted it out quickly and professionally. The room was comfortable and had what we needed for a simple stay, and breakfast was very good. It’s a little way from the center, but bikes are easy to find and make the trip in. Good value overall.

The rooms were dirty, the walls badly need repainting, and the place felt overpriced and disappointing. If you need internet for work, be aware that it seems to exist in theory, but it wasn’t useful. The setting is basically a parking lot beside a highway, hardly somewhere to enjoy an afternoon.

Breakfast was plentiful, and there’s a parking lot. The hotel itself is basic but clean, with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. Just remember you need a code to get in when reception is closed. For a lovely dinner, I recommend the restuarant Stefan Stumb.

We booked for two adults and a baby, but only found out on arrival, when I asked for a cot, that they had nothing for a baby. The receptionist said, “no we don't have anything for a baby, this hotel is usually only used by builders”. That wasn’t the answer I’d hoped for. It should have been clear when booking so I could have chosen somewhere suitable for a family.
