The house has potential, but I found the apartment too cold overall. The temperature seemed to be held at 18.3 degrees Celsius from the second day on, as if the heating were controlled wirelessly. It had been pleasantly warm when we arrived on the first day. Even with an extra radiator in the bathroom, I could only take a quick shower before getting dressed again, and I had to wear a thick vest at breakfast. Then there was a €28 heating surcharge, which felt unreasonable given how cold it was. There’s room for improvement.
