Lake Achensee is only a few minutes away, and it’s easy to walk to both the boat dock and the Rofan cable car. We had a wonderful holiday at Landhaus Viktoria. Our family of four adults and two children had plenty of space in the well-furnished apartment. Towels, bed linen, and kitchen equipment were supplied, and the bathrooms were modern and clean. The owner was very friendly. We’d happily stay again and definitely recommend it.

We came back for a second visit with our boys. The apartment was clean, spacious, and laid out well, with plenty of room for everyone. Lake Achensee is fantastic, and there’s lots to do in the area.

The service was good and everyone was so friendly. It’s a bit of a walk from the lift, but the great location makes up for that. We’ll definitely come back.

For the Karwendl app: excellent. The bathroom has been renovated, and the living room has a new carpet and corner sofa. There’s also a recently installed modern kitchen and an LED TV with satellite.

A luxurious, new and clean apartment in a beautiful spot by the lake under the Alps. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the owner is very nice.
