Haus Heller

We spent a ski weekend in apartment number 8. It was clean and spacious, with enough kitchen equipment for us: a stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and kettle. There were roomy wardrobes, comfortable beds, and a balcony with a great lake and mountain view. The owner was easy to communicate with by email and very nice in person. Some equipment may be outdated, so anyone wanting luxury should look elsewhere, but we liked it. Most of all, it was clean, quiet, and peaceful. We’d happily stay again.

The view was good, and we did get our money back. Those were the only positives. The landlady knows what she’s doing. It seems nothing has been done here for decades, and the place needs a complete renovation. The negative reviews from recent months and years are accurate. There are too many problems to document everything: mold in the bathroom, a broken sink, rusty cutlery, swollen flooring, a refrigerator with no handle, beds with mattresses that were too small, and more. Even one star feels generous. 🤮 We left after two days because the serious defects weren’t fixed. PS: About the landlord's comment, this isn’t just complaining. Photos can prove it. 😉

The location was excellent and the room clean. The living area was small but good. The terrace was okay, though it wasn’t separated from the neighboring apartment. The kitchen, hallway, and bathroom worked fine, but felt dated and could use a fifth grader.

I’m really disappointed with apartment number 2. I should have checked the reviews here sooner, because all the bad ones are 100% accurate. Never again, especially after the owner asked me not to write anything negative.
