The stay itself was good, but what happened afterward left us with a very negative impression. They kept our deposit, claiming it was because of too much noise. That noise didn't come from our group, but from the group on the second floor, and it had already affected how satisfied we were with our stay. They didn't do a final check before we left, yet still decided to keep the deposit. When we contact them, they hang up, and they haven't communicated well with us at all. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The service was very bad, and the apartment was very old and in such a bad state. The owner even came into our room and disturbed us. Since when is that allowed? DON'T BOOK!

We got a friendly welcome and explanations about the accommodation, and our deposit was returned without any hassle. The apartments are spacious and fully equipped. There's a ski cellar with boot warmers, and the Penkenbahn is a 5-minute walk away. A bakery and mini-supermarket are just around the corner.

The spacious apartment was very neat and had a great location. We arrived on Thursday evening after reception had closed, but the key was left ready for us. The welcome the following day, when we met someone from the accommodation to check in, was a different story. We were asked for a 200 euro deposit, which was fine, but when we said we didn't have cash, the man was rude and unfriendly, almost getting angry as he asked, 'how?! You don't have any cash when you are in Austria'. We stayed calm and said we'd withdraw some. Looking back, after reading these reviews, I'm glad we didn't. He then seemed agitated and said, 'never mind, if I hear you making noise once, I will come and collect the deposit or send the invoice'. The day before we left, we sent him a friendly message asking whether we needed to arrange anything for checkout. His very friendly reply was, 'no, you have not paid a deposit'. This would have been a 5-star stay for me if we'd received a friendly welcome, but unfortunately that wasn't the case. I hope you'll act on all the negative feedback I've read here.
