After a day out hiking or exploring Mayrhofen, this is a lovely place to come back to, with mountain views from the rooms. Breakfast is fresh, varied, and served with real warmth. The cozy interiors have an authentically Tyrolean feel, and from arrival the staff make you feel welcome and happily help with requests. Landhotel Rauchenwalderhof has everything I look for in a family-run alpine hotel. Highly recommended.

The rooms are good and breakfast is perfect. The lift is a five-minute walk away, and Mayrhofen is close by.

We were really pleased to get the first-floor holiday apartment. Each room has a balcony, and ours had a fantastic panoramic view. The rooms are all large, spacious, and comfortably furnished. It's a quiet spot, but everything is within a five-minute walk, with two Spar supermarkets nearby. It was rainy and a little chilly at the start of our holiday, so the owner kindly brought us a small radiator. We were very grateful. We also had breakfast at the hotel one morning, though the cold cuts and cheese selection felt quite limited and we would have liked more variety. We'd happily book the apartment again.
