There was lots to explore in Mayrhofen and nearby, including cable cars, bike routes, museums, castles, pools, and a silver mine, and we were lucky with the weather too. Our host was wonderful, helping us with nearby attractions and bike tour ideas. The place was peaceful and very clean, and breakfast was superb. We had a perfect stay and can’t wait to return.

A cozy room, a lovely host, and the ski bus stop close by made this a comfortable place to stay.

The ski bus stop is less than 100 meters away, which was a real plus. The owner was lovely, shared advice about the area and getting around, and even noticed from my passport that my wife had a birthday during our stay. She gave her a gift :). The place was spotless, breakfast excellent, and the service very friendly. We wholeheartedly recommend it.

The spacious parking and handy ski buses made it easy to explore the valley and surrounding mountains. Haus Traudl would suit a romantic break or a family trip. Our room was comfortable, breakfast excellent, and the owner was wonderfully friendly and always up for a chat. She also gave us great tips about the weather, skiing, and hiking.
