Hotel Appartements Neuhaus

We stayed in the newly built part, and the family room was just right for us and our two kids. The hotel had everything we needed, including a nice restaurant, ski room, and a great spa area for both children and adults. Thank you, we had a very nice stay!

The facilities were satisfactory, but the poor service and lack of friendliness had a big effect on my stay. I hope management gives staff better training so every guest feels welcome and respected, whatever their nationality or language. As an international traveler who doesn't speak German, I expected basic help. When I asked for some ice, the blonde-haired lady wears in black at the front desk wasn't helpful and just told me to ask the kitchen myself. I felt unwelcome and unsupported. A hotel should make a reasonable effort to help guests who may not speak the local language.

The location worked well for us, with shops, a pharmacy, and a doctor all within walking distance. Dinner service was super fast. We came as a couple this time, but the facilities for kids looked really good, including childcare and dinner, and the carers take the kids outside too. We'll definitely come back as a family. The spa and outdoor area were a delight over the past few days and seemed recently renovated. There were plenty of towels, tea, juices, and nuts for a healthy day. This morning's yoga session was professionally done, followed by a nice, generous breakfast. We also needed help with our car today, and the receptionist and technician helped us right away. Very grateful.

We had an apartment with two rooms and a living room. It was comfortable, though it's separate from the hotel, so we had to cross the street. The facilities were very good, and the spa was huge, spread over four floors. There were kids' areas, pools, lots of places to relax, and even heated hanging chairs. The food at both breakfast and dinner was amazing, with a very good range, tasty dishes, and great dinner service. Adam was our waiter and was amazing, thanks. A few things could have been better. Some spa facilities weren't well maintained or didn't work, and the outdoor jacuzzi wasn't very hot, though you could sit in it for a while. We paid 35 euro for late checkout so we could stay in the spa, but weren't told most of it only opens at 14:30. The door opened a little after 14:30, and the saunas were only starting to heat, so we waited another 15 minutes before they were usable. We had to leave at 15:00, so it was frustrating to pay and only get the regular pool plus about 15 minutes in the spa. The gondola is a 10-15 minute walk away, though there's a bus stop next to the hotel. We stayed four nights with breakfast and dinner. It was a great way to end a day of skiing or snowboarding.
