Our family had a really good time at their fabulous restaurant on Christmas Eve. The fine dining was lovely, especially the chestnut soup and celery schnitzel, and the service was impeccable.

This boutique hotel has been completely renovated in a stylish way, with lots of artwork and interesting details. It seems better suited to couples and adults, though we did see one family and they seemed quite happy. The gondola is a little farther away, but two ski bus lines stop right outside, so it’s no hassle. The food was delicious and the service excellent. Every night we enjoyed watching Niko, the amazing bartender, make delicious original drinks for us. We had a fantastic ski vacation and would definitely stay here again.

I’m really happy to be here. The food is very good, though sometimes it won’t suit everyone, and the breakfast is great. The spa is awesome, with a pool that’s good for kids and teens, and they offer tea in the spa and sauna. The decorations are awesome, and the service is super kind. Erik was my favorite staff member. He really cared about us and always had a friendly smile. The hotel is the best for the price.

The room, SPA facilities, food, atmosphere, and service were excellent. We’ll come back :) There are a few small things that could be better. The curtains don’t block the light, especially with the balcony lights shining into the room all night. The free afternoon snacks were low quality and didn’t match the rest, so they should be improved or skipped. It’s inconvenient to get SPA towels only at reception when you’re downstairs with a wet towel, and clean tea cups were missing in the afternoon. At dinner, paying for drinking water in fancy bottles at nearly the price of a wine glass didn’t feel nice or sustainable. Please add a few euro to the whole stay and give us tap water for free.

The hotel’s general vibe and art decor are cool, and it’s perfectly located a few minutes’ walk from the town centre and Penkenbahn ski lift. Staff were exceptional, and the sauna and leisure area were great, with a nice indoor/outdoor pool too. We stayed on half board, and dinner was amazing every night, with a different menu each evening and fine dining service under closhes. I really couldn’t recommend this place enough. I’ll be back!
