The location worked brilliantly for skiing, and we loved being able to walk to the cafe, bakery, and supermarket. We spent a holiday week at Islen and had such a great time. The apartment was beautiful, fresh and modern, with tasteful furnishings, lovely wood, and thoughtful details. It was spotless, very well equipped, and finished to a high standard throughout. The owner did so much to make the week special. She had a Christmas tree and ornaments waiting for us, arranged for her parents to bring extra firewood, and shared useful local tips and an events calendar. We couldn't have asked for more, and we're already looking forward to coming back!

We barely needed the car with two young children, thanks to the location near Mellau's public pool, the mountain lift, restaurants, and supermarket. The house was clean, spacious, and equipped to a high standard. Even with the poor weather, we had breakfast and dinner outside every day because the covered terrace was such a great feature. We also spotted deer in the garden more than once (see picture). I was there to cycle and really appreciated having a separate, locked storage room by the terrace for my race bike and gear. The hosts were caring and friendly, and easy to reach by email, phone, or WhatsApp. Thanks for having us, Juliane & family. We hope to return!

The holiday home gave our family of four plenty of room and a cozy feel. It was clean, well cared for, and had everything we needed. The outdoor pool and town center are both only a few minutes away on foot, which made the location ideal. We had a wonderful four-day stay and would happily book it again. Highly recommended.
