The view of the lake and the terrace aren't enough to make up for this. At €177 a day at the end of July and beginning of August, I expected better quality. The price and what you get don't match. The living room had dangerous electrical outlets and beeping smoke detectors. The outside area was neglected, with dirty tables, chairs, and loungers, and the grill was filthy. The very old, dirty balcony and the traffic noise made it impossible to nap on the terrace. The house is on a bend where cars shift into first gear and make quite a noise. There was no service or anyone to contact on site. Nobody answered the phone, so everything had to be handled by email.

A lake view and terrace don't make up for everything. At €160 a day in mid-September, I expected better quality for the price. The apartment smelled damp, the smoke detectors kept beeping, and the grounds were neglected. Traffic was noisy because the house sits on a bend where trucks shift into first gear. It was impossible to nap outside on the terrace. The IKEA kitchen had seen better days. And with only two beds, a dining table for eight people seemed unnecessary.

The owners are incredibly friendly and helpful, and everything is new. The villa is centrally located, with the lake a ten-minute walk away and a Nockalm taxi service conveniently nearby. Both apartments are beautifully furnished, and the kitchen equipment is better than at home. The balcony or terrace looks out over the lake. Magnificent!

We felt very comfortable here, and the place was really clean. The lake views are fantastic, while the furnishings are stylish and comfortable. The hosts were super friendly, helpful, and cheerful.
