I was in a single room and found it really nice and good value for one person. The sauna and relaxation rooms were a bonus. The location worked perfectly for skiing, with quite a few good places to eat just a short walk away. The staff were nice too, and they had my ski pass and bus pass sorted first thing in the morning.

The location is the best part. The place has a 70s feel, and although listings online often call it a hotel, it's really just a bed and breakfast. €160 for a basic night in a double room feels steep.

You can reach the ski lift and restaurants on foot from Berghof, right in the center of the village. Check-in was quick and the welcome was very friendly. We stayed in one of the hotel rooms, which met our expectations. There was a basket with plates, cutlery, and a kettle, handy for having breakfast in the room.

The terrace and its mountain views were the highlight of our stay. We were five people in a holiday apartment for three nights, with two lovely bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, plus a fully equipped kitchen and an open living and dining area. The location was very convenient, and we were given a free Walser Card for travel on buses and mountain lifts. Highly recommended!
