We stayed in a small studio with our two kids. Inside, the hotel was much nicer than its exterior first suggested. The restaurant staff weren't always especially welcoming, and checkout at 10:00 felt early. We were also surprised by a substantial cleaning fee that hadn't been mentioned when we booked through Booking.com.

The bed made for a rough night's sleep. I can usually sleep anywhere, but this one was extremely uncomfortable. Still, I had a great week here: the location was handy for the slopes, and having a spa at the hotel was lovely for unwinding afterward.

The staff were friendly, but the people in the spa area were the complete opposite. There was no politeness or courtesy, and it felt more like being in the army than somewhere meant for relaxing. Really disappointing, and I don't want to come back.

The rooms and facilities were great. I found the staff less friendly, except for the front office team, which is why I gave it only three stars.

A great place for a family winter holiday.
