I had a very nice stay. The room had plenty of space, the service was satisfactory, and having a sauna in the hotel was a nice bonus. It’s very close to the ski lift at kanzelwandbahn/fellhorn. I’m not sure what problems others had with cancellations, but I had no trouble with any requests I made to the hotel staff. Breakfast was a little pricey, though convenient.

Room 28 had a lovely big balcony overlooking the side street, so it stayed quiet, and there was plenty of space with a separate living area. The shower room was quite small, and the furniture looked a little dated. The staff were friendly.

We ate at the hotel restaurant. The service was good, the food was so good, and the prices were reasonable. The creamy garlic soup was delicious, and so was the basil risotto.
