We enjoyed staying with the Strobl family and hope to return. The room was spacious, recently renovated, and laid out comfortably with quality materials. It also had a lovely lake view, and the lake is just five minutes away, with a free beach nearby. The breakfast stood out for its huge selection. Every guest we spoke with said they hadn’t seen anything like it elsewhere. The staff were extremely friendly, and the location and views were fantastic. The pool has its own cover, so it can be used even in bad weather. There’s also a lockable garage for guests’ bicycles and an electric car charging station that accepts card payment and uses an app or RFID card.

Strobl is cozy, with a beautiful view of Mondsee that’s especially nice over the incredible breakfast. The hosts were kind and made us feel welcome.

We stayed at Pension Strobl for a few days again and would gladly return. The room was very clean and furnished in a modern style, and the guesthouse is beautifully situated with a view of Lake Mondsee. The hosts were exceptionally friendly and gave us a warm welcome, especially the senior owner. Breakfast had a generous choice, carefully presented, with something for everyone. On a nice day, starting the morning on the breakfast terrace was wonderful. There’s a locked garage where bicycles can be stored and charged. A top-notch place to stay. Christian and Renate Schuster.

We spent our autumn vacation with the Strobl family again this year and felt at home, just as we always do. The service was top-notch, the hosts were consistently friendly and helpful, and the rooms were in excellent condition. The fantastic breakfast buffet was prepared with care and had everything we needed. We’d be happy to come back next year.
