We really enjoyed the wellness area. It was clean and modern, with a special view of the mountains. The food was excellent, and there was a wide choice of gin and tonics. Both the restaurant and hotel feel like hidden gems around here. The staff were so kind and welcoming from the moment we arrived, and made our holiday special. We were visiting with our one-year-old son, and they were lovely to him. Definitely recommend a visit!

The shuttle made getting to the slopes easy, and the location is just right for people who love skiing. We stayed with friends, and everyone had a great time in the warm, home-like atmosphere. The food was delicious, too. From arrival onward, the staff went out of their way to make sure we had a fantastic stay. Even when a small issue came up, they responded quickly and handled it so well that you really feel looked after. Many thanks to the wonderful hosts.

I spent seven days here in a peaceful spot far from city noise. The staff were incredibly friendly and kept checking that everything was just right. The food was amazing. I tried to work my way through the menu during the week and couldn't find a single dish I didn't like. I'd especially recommend the ribs.

This was my fourth stay at Das Grünholz Aparthotel, and Johannes and his family were as kind and welcoming as ever. The spacious apartment had a mountain view and was immaculate. Johannes also gave us a digital Hochkönig card, which included summer cable cars, the toboggan run, and free access to various sports facilities, tennis courts, and swimming pools in the Hochkönig region. We had a great time, and I highly recommend it.
