After looking around for somewhere to spend the night, I found incredibly friendly staff here. They let me park overnight for free, right in a spot that felt like paradise. I had a wide-open view of the mountains and a few acres of grass to myself. It’s also a starting point for lots of fantastic walks. The staff work incredibly hard and are so friendly. They made me feel at home. Thanks for making my stay so wonderful!

We came with a group of nine, and the food was good overall. My husband’s steak was really good, and he knows his steaks. My daughter enjoyed the baked hake, and the kids’ menu was pretty standard. The kids also had plenty of room to play outside. I liked having a few choices beyond traditional Austrian food, though most of the menu was like what you see at other guesthouses nearby. Some dishes, including the trout and the grill for two or more, need to be ordered ahead.

We spent two weeks here in August and have already booked again for next year. The place is beautiful and very clean, and the beds are good. The owners and waitresses are so friendly that you feel like you’ve known them for years. The food is excellent, portions are generous, and the prices are fair.

We’d hoped to have dinner, but in the end we didn’t try the food. After five to ten minutes, a waitress still hadn’t brought us menus, so we picked some up from the stack by the front door. When she came back, she gave us attitude for taking them ourselves and said we should have asked. She could have said that more nicely. After that, we no longer felt comfortable.
