Alpenhaus Monte

We initially booked one night before our multi-day hike on the Stubaier Hoheweg, and Alpenhaus Monte turned out to be a comfortable place to look forward to after the hike. Our room was modern, luxurious, clean and had a balcony, with everything we needed. The location at the edge of the village has wonderful views of the glacier and nature. There's a restaurant across the street for dinner, and the walk to the center and its other amenities takes only 10-15 minutes. The Stubai card also lets you ride the local bus for free. Everything was very clean and tidy, breakfast was the best, and Roman was really helpful. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend Alpenhaus Monte.

The apartment was beautiful, clean and well equipped, and the kitchenette was especially useful for cooking for our coeliac daughter. Breakfast was amazing, with gluten-free options too. It’s a friendly, welcoming family-run place, well located for getting to the mountains and nearby towns. We’d love to stay again.

There’s a bus stop right in front of the building, and a fancy restaurant nearby if you don’t feel like heading into the center. The place is clean and spacious, with great mountain views. Don’t skip breakfast, it’s worth the money.

There’s plenty to do outdoors around this mountain-surrounded B&B, and the village has a good choice of restaurants. Parking is right on site. The room was spacious, with a bathroom that seemed freshly renovated, and a large balcony attached. Our room was available a little later than the official check-in time, though we were pleasantly surprised by the room itself. Breakfast was okay, but the room where it’s served is small and can feel crowded when several people are eating at once. You may need to share a table with other guests. All things considered, I’d come back.
