The food was better than we expected. As first-time visitors to Austria, we weren’t sure what to expect, but both the quality and variety impressed us. The pool and spa were highlights too, especially the properly hot sauna, which is rare and much appreciated. Our room was simple, clean, and consistently warm, just right after long days on the mountain. The location was convenient, close to town and the ski bus stop, so getting around was easy. Service was strong throughout, and the team proactively booked our airport taxi. I expect they’d do the same for arrivals, which made the stay feel easy and well managed. We had a very good time and would happily return.

It was really hard to leave Neustift after such a lovely stay. The whole Berghof staff made me feel so warmly welcomed, and even though I came to Stubai alone, I never felt lonely haha :)) Thank you again, and I hope to see you soon!

The whole Team Latvia stayed there during WMTRC23, and the hosting was perfect. The owners gave us the best support, and breakfast had a very good selection for every taste. The location was ideal, just 100m from the ski lift. They all spoke German and English.

After working as a resort guide in Neustift, the Berghof has become my favourite hotel for several reasons. It’s far enough from the road that traffic noise isn’t an issue, yet only a five-minute walk from the town center. Right beside the Elferbahn cable lift, it suits hikers and anyone after DH/XC runs, and it’s also by the main paraglider landing field and the local rafters’ headquarters. Adventurous guests can head out, while others can unwind in the spa or on the terrace. The food is absolutely brilliant, with plenty of variety and quick service from the team. Special shout-out to Sasha for making the best G&T I’ve had in a while. The friendly staff and cozy interior make this a comfortable place for any kind of traveller. The owner is heavily involved in running things, so the service feels personal and the team close-knit.

Our family has been coming to this hotel for two decades. We’ve always found the service friendly, the cooking good, and the bar nice. It’s right opposite the 11er hutte lift and 10 minutes from the stubaier gletser for summer and winter skiing.
