Ladestatthof Pension

We've stayed here twice in summer and absolutely love it. It's a farm, Bauernhof, and works so well for families with kids. There's a huge playground, cows, cats, rabbits, and other children, so once you step out the door, your own kids are off doing their thing. It's right in the middle of Stubaital, about 30 minutes from Innsbruck. We had the family room, which is ideal for families with small children and has a kitchen. Austrian restaurant food isn't always suited to little ones day after day. I've only good things to say about the owners. Gabi is a joy to talk to and always helpful. Highly recommended!

Breakfast was a treat, with fresh, organic, homemade local food, and the room had fantastic views. The location is wonderful, with Gaby as a super host. A great extra is the free Stubaier Karte, which gives access to local buses, cableways, and funiculars.

You can walk to the center of Neustift from this lovely, quiet, cozy place, and there's a beautiful view and secure parking. Gabi, the owner, is friendly, caring, and helpful, and the atmosphere feels more like visiting family than staying in a hotel. It's welcoming to children and dogs. The apartment's kitchen is small but well equipped, which works well for families with younger kids. We recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant place in Stubaital.

Back for another year, and we've had another good experience. Gabi and Karl are passionate hosts who make you feel at home on their farm. You can have fresh milk and eggs, and visit the stable to watch the cows being milked. There's also a lovely garden to relax in and a sauna to enjoy. Can only recommend!
