The pool had lovely views and warm water, around 30-32C, and the sauna area was great after exercise. There's also a playroom for kids. The location is quiet but still close enough to shops. Our room was clean, the staff were helpful, and the restaurant served good food with nice service. Mrs Ewa is amazing. Recommended.

We had a relaxing stay in a beautiful, very quiet valley. The grounds were clean and well kept, and the hotel has parking right out front. Our spacious room was warm, clean, and had a balcony looking out over the mountains. It can be chilly here even in July. WiFi worked in the room, and bathrobes and slippers were provided. Breakfast was plentiful, and there's an outdoor pool. It's about a 10-minute walk to the funicular. For dinner, we walked toward the village near the funicular, where there are plenty of tasty restaurants. Try the venison, it's delicious. A couple of things didn't go smoothly. We'd booked a room with one large bed, but were first given two single beds with a cupboard between them. After going back to reception, we got another room with the singles pushed together. Someone charged a lobby bar bill to our room by mistake, but the staff double-checked and acknowledged the error. The restaurant closes at 8 pm, which was too early for us. Still, a lovely place to unwind in nature.

The area and scenery are hard to beat. We had the full inclusive deal, though the food was only okay. The beds were old, noisy, and uncomfortable. They sagged too softly in the middle, and after one night's sleep on my stomach, my lower back hurt.

The staff were really kind, and the outside pool was nicely warm. Our suite was clean and pleasant, and the food was delicious. I fully recommend staying here.
