We booked through Booking.com in July 2024, but the owner cancelled just three weeks before we were due to arrive, reportedly because of a double booking. I suspect someone asked for the whole week and our four nights weren't profitable enough. Unacceptable, and definitely not recommended.

We'd booked six months ahead, but the landlord cancelled the accommodation just a week and a half before arrival, supposedly because of overbooking. We couldn't get in touch with them. Unprofessional and unreliable!

Hello, I can only warn you. Three days before we were due to arrive, the landlord cancelled one of our two apartments without giving any reason. I assume it was rented to someone else. The alternative offered was to squeeze all six of us into one apartment. They ignored every email and only notified us through Booking.com. Not recommended.

A great value for money. The apartment was clean and well kept, with a lovely view of Neustift and the mountains. It's a good starting point for a walk into Neustift or a bus ride to nearby natural attractions.

Friendly, helpful hosts, and the accommodation was clean and affordable. It's a peaceful rural spot that's still easy to reach by car or public transport.
