The apartment’s layout really impressed us. It fits two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen and washroom comfortably, and the fold-out kitchen design leaves extra room in the living area. Parking underneath was always available, and the ski storage was clean and thoughtfully set up. We were also close to the town’s main restaurants, with two large supermarkets, a ski school, pharmacy and ski rental only a few minutes away. We stayed a week with the kids and had an easy check-in at the partner hotel, about a two-minute walk away. They gave us plenty of information and two keys, and handled service requests. The team was so friendly, and dealt with every complaint within minutes. When the heating control failed, they fixed it right away. The apartment was cleaned daily. I’ve already praised the staff twice, but they deserve another mention. We’d love to come back.

We had a lovely ten days here as a family of four, with half board. The service was warm and personal, and the modern rooms had a nice traditional feel. Our toddler especially enjoyed the playground, playroom and children’s menu. The food was fantastic, with local dishes and international touches. We’d happily return.

The sauna and pool were a highlight for us after days out in the Stubai Valley. They’re spacious, clean and work well for families. The food was excellent too, from breakfast and dinner to the lighter snacks, all fresh and varied. At Hotel Stubaierhof / Sepp and Hannis, we felt welcome from check-in onward. The whole team was friendly, attentive and keen to help. The hotel and apartments are modern, well kept and detailed with care, and it’s easy to get around. Even the autumn weather played along. We had everything we needed and felt at home throughout our several days there. We’ll definitely be back. Hooray for the chamois! ;)

The anthracite wood finish gives the beautifully furnished apartment a warm feel, and it has modern amenities and fast Wi-Fi. The one downside was being about 400 meters from the hotel, especially when going over for half board or to use the pool and sauna.

We’re here for a few days of mountain biking and sauna time, with tasty breakfasts and meals at the Stubaierhof restaurant. The apartment is comfortable and very well maintained, just steps from the hotel, and the atmosphere is relaxed. Service has been really friendly. Thanks, Family Jacob.
