The apartment has its own sauna in the bathroom, and there's an underground parking space. Everything is very new and high-quality, with a nice mix of traditional and modern. We're very happy with the service and accommodation, and the value for money is unbeatable.

We had our autumn break in a three-room apartment on the top floor. Since the hotel is brand new, everything was still super clean. Each bedroom had a double bed and a spacious closet, and bathrobes for everyone made it feel quite luxurious. There were two bathrooms with walk-in showers, plus a private sauna. The living room was roomy, with a large dining table and a fantastic mountain view. The children loved the outdoor pool. I think the water was heated because it was anything but cold, which was very nice at the end of October. We especially liked having a restaurant in the building. It has a large Italian menu, including gluten-free pizza and pasta. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced, and the service was quick and friendly. It's a quiet village location, but a larger village and a big supermarket are only five minutes away by car. Kaprun and Zell am See take about 15 minutes. We'll definitely come back for winter sports. Places in Kaprun and Zell am See are filling up quickly these days and have become prohibitively expensive. It may be more affordable here.

This was our second stay at Kehlbachwirt, and we're already sure it'll become a regular holiday destination. The apartment complex is a real gem: new, stylish, and carefully maintained. Our spacious apartment was luxuriously furnished and fully equipped, with wonderful beds, two bathrooms, and a private sauna. Everyone gets a bathrobe, which adds to the luxurious feel. The heated outdoor pool is a big plus. Even at the end of January, swimming in it was lovely. The place is quiet, with beautiful mountain views, and still close to everything. The bakery, small supermarket, tourist information office, and train station are all within walking distance. You can easily reach Kaprun and Zell am See by car, train, or bus. The restaurant in the building deserves a mention too. The Italian food is excellent and surprisingly well-priced, service is quick and friendly, and there are gluten-free pizza and pasta options. It's good for a relaxed meal or takeout. You're between the wide valley and the high mountains here. The valley has great cycling for families and recreational riders, while nearby cable cars take you quickly up to hiking areas with beautiful views, routes for all abilities, and plenty of variety. Luxury, peace, nature, comfort, and great value all come together here. Highly recommended in any season!

Electric car drivers have two 11 kW wallboxes in the outdoor parking area, managed by the property. You can pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard or Visa, and the current rate is €0.55/kWh. The rooms and kitchens are very well equipped. There are Russian and Finnish saunas, and the bathroom sauna fits two people at once. One thing needs fixing urgently: the apartment doors slam hard unless you stop them by hand. Their automatic closers are set too tightly, so the bang carries through the big hallways and can clearly be heard inside even with the apartment door shut.
