Back when Uke, the hostess who left about two years ago, was there, it was always a five-star stay. Since she left, things have been very bad.

Oberndorf am Tirol is a great base, with lots of ski slopes around. The rooms are spacious, and the host was great.

We left after just one night, even though we'd paid in advance, and were still charged for two more. I asked for a refund but haven't received any money yet. I'll spare you the photos. The rooms were disgusting: dirty bedding, hair everywhere, and a filthy toilet and seat. On top of that, the landlord became verbally abusive. This should really be reported to the relevant booking platforms.

We were unhappy with the breakfast, and the TV wouldn't work because after a certain time the power went off, or the outlets stopped working. Service was very unfriendly too. We arrived at 4 pm, waited an entire hour for someone to show up, and couldn't get our calls answered. The only reason I'm giving one star is the bicycles available for rent. I can't recommend this place.
