The hotel has a staffed section with reception and people available to help, as well as a privately owned section of apartments with door codes and no staff on site. Before we arrived, Michael emailed that they couldn't open the door, leaving us stranded without somewhere to stay. We were only sent a message saying the room was cancelled because the door wouldn't open, and they couldn't fix it until Monday. There were no phone numbers to call. A ridiculously poor performance. If you stay here, I'd make sure you're in the section with reception so you don't end up stuck like we did.

The setup worked perfectly for our ski week in Obertauern. There were four of us in one apartment, each with a separate room, and we had lots of space. The ski room was warm and secure, with plenty of boot heaters, and the sauna was spacious and clean. We also really appreciated the daily bread service. The kitchen had plenty of utensils and appliances, and reception could provide anything we found missing. Christian was a pleasure to deal with and made everything easy. Highly recommend it.

The apartment feels almost new, even though it was built in 2008, and it was very clean. It had a Bluetooth speaker, and the shower pressure was good. The slopes are only a two-minute walk away. The only small drawback is the ski bus to Obertauern centre, which runs just once every half hour. You don't need it to get to the slopes.

Benadete at reception made a great impression on me. She was happy to help with anything, and the customer service was top level. My family, including our two kids, had a lovely stay in a clean apartment in a beautiful location. The service was great throughout. I'd recommend staying here, you won't regret it. Top.
