The room was extremely warm and we couldn’t adjust the temperature. Even sleeping with the window open didn’t quite fix it. That was the only small downside, though, and the stay was fantastic overall. Hotel Enzian is a pricey, high-end place, but the experience matched the cost. Service was excellent throughout, and the hotel feels luxurious. The ski-in/ski-out access was a major plus: step outside and you’re on the slopes. The spa was great for unwinding after a full day, breakfast had an impressive selection of high-quality options, and the valet team was helpful and efficient.

I’m Austrian, so I can compare, and I loved how this modern concept combines Austrian hospitality and tradition with an international feel. It’s ski in, ski out, with three excellent restaurants serving Japanese, Mexican, and Austrian food. The bar has lots of international flair. You can arrive and just relax, everything’s ready. I’ll definitely come back.

A relaxed, friendly bar and three restaurants with tasty traditional, Mexican, and Japanese food make this a lovely place for a holiday. The staff are extremely friendly and always have a smile for you. If you want to enjoy the ski trails and feel at home, this is the right place!

I’ve stayed at Enzian a couple of times since 2004, and it was a great experience again. The food is delicious, everything is well maintained, and the staff are professional and very friendly. I can definitely recommend it as one of the best places in the Austrian Alps for a ski holiday.

We really enjoyed our three-day stay. The food, bedroom, spa, cleanliness, and staff were excellent. Dinner’s latest sitting was 8pm, and we felt rushed to finish by 9pm. We’d have been fine with 9.30pm instead.
