Hotel Rigele Royal

Dinner and breakfast were both wonderful, and I really liked the spa area too. The staff were so friendly, from the people serving dinner to the bartenders. With the hotel right by the slopes, the location is great. Probably the best hotel I've ever stayed at.

We've already been here three times, and the clean, well-equipped rooms keep us comfortable. There's underground parking, and the staff are fantastic. Breakfast, the afternoon snack, and the gourmet-style dinner are all great. It's only about a two-minute walk to Gamsleitenbahn I or the slope leading to Edelweissbahn.

We'd come back here without hesitation. The rooms are exquisite, with beautiful carpentry, furniture, and fittings, and the welcome from reception and every other member of staff was exceptional. Nothing felt like too much trouble. Dinner was six courses, each one better than we expected, and the food felt worthy of a Michelin-starred chef. Tea time also had both savoury and sweet treats, from soup and hot dogs to cakes and donuts. Breakfast could be five courses if you wanted, with freshly made omelettes from an amazing chef. Absolutely fantastic stay!

The indoor-outdoor pool and sauna were amazing, and we were glad our meetings finished early enough to enjoy the free hour we had. The bedroom was large and spacious. I was there for a four-night business trip at the beginning of December, and the restaurant food was fantastic. I think the chef is well known, and there was an afternoon snack too. The meeting room felt very small for 18 people, and the hotel staff seemed inexperienced with business meetings. The pool hours, 8am to 8pm, also made it hard to use when you were there for work.
