Hotel Römerhof

The bar waiter from Hungary was great, and that's why I'd give the service three stars. Dinner service was a different story: Erich, the hotel waiter with glasses, was extremely unpleasant and spilled wine on the table while pouring it. The meal itself fell far short of what I expected. Our room was for two, but the sofa bed felt like sleeping on a wooden bed. For the restaurant, I'd rate it 0.5.

The wellness area was amazing, and the rooms were clean and nice. It's in the best spot for skiing or hiking. This was my first stay here, and I have to say it's the best hotel in Austria I've ever been to. Love you all. ❤️😇

The spa is a bit dated, but it's huge and has everything you might want: three saunas, a steam room, a hot tub, and a large pool. Our room was spacious, and the bed was really comfortable. The location is perfect for ski in, ski out, with rentals right beside the hotel. The food was so good, and the servers and chefs were very accommodating with my partner's many allergies. From the moment we arrived, the staff made sure we had a great stay. You can feel that it's still family-owned and run. One of the best hotel experiences I've had in a long time.

We spent four days at Romerhof during our November ski trip and had a lovely stay. Mr Tschana helped us with a late check-in, and Markus arranged a private sauna session, which we really appreciated. The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast selection made us feel welcome and comfortable. The location was great too. A couple of small things: the ventilation in the new Turkish bath seemed too powerful, so it was hard to get enough heat and humidity. Some background music in the spa and breakfast room would have been nice. The staff sometimes remembered to put it on, and sometimes didn't. :)
