The room was okay and the facilities were as described, so the stay itself was fine. But the owner (wife?) came across as a bit snobbish and not very welcoming. She didn’t greet or engage with guests, which left us feeling uncomfortable. This was our second visit, and I don’t think we’ll come back again.

I’ve worked here a few times, and I don’t often call a place excellent. This one really is. It’s ideal for families with children, with a little playschool from age 3, several saunas, a spa, and indoor pools for both kids and parents. There’s even a swimming course for children. The meals are usually traditional Austrian food, and the rooms are quite nice too. Strongly recommended!

The staff were very kind and warm. When my husband had an accident skiing, the Hotel Director arranged all the transport to the hospital and gave us excellent support. We’ll definitely return.

A child-friendly place with an indoor pool, ping pong table, playground, and strollers available from the hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly.

We stopped for lunch. The buffet was very small for 14€ per person, children included. Disappointing, though the staff were okay.
