Alp Apart

The ski bus to Oetz is just around the corner, about a 3 minute walk in snowboard shoes, which worked well for our week in the snow. There’s a little room to dry the boards and shoes overnight. The apartment had a well-stocked kitchen for making meals, a clean modern bathroom, and comfortable bedrooms for a good night’s sleep. The host was warm and friendly, checked in now and then to see how we were doing, and speaks very good English. A lovely getaway, I’d recommend it.

We spent six nights at Alp Apart Tirol as a family of four, two adults and two kids. The hosts, Maria and Lukas, were really friendly, and they even brought fresh bread every morning. The chalet was amazing, very comfortable, and had everything we needed, with separate rooms for the adults and kids. Highly recommend this great place in Tirol!

Maria was such a nice and helpful host, and we had a wonderful time. We loved this place and its amazing apartment, which had everything we needed. We’d recommend a visit!

I was disappointed by the host’s lack of flexibility and empathy after I had to cancel because a sudden war between Israel and Iran led to flight cancellations. This was a clear case of force majeure, but the host refused to cancel without charging cancellation fees. It didn’t feel in line with basic consumer rights. If you’re coming from a region that may face instability, be aware that you may not get support or flexibility in an emergency.
