Appartement Residenz Schatz

The Schatz family, who run the apartments, have always been extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. We’ve stayed at Schatz Apartment Residence several times and have had a wonderful time on every visit. The apartments are lovingly furnished with tasteful interiors, and both the units and the whole building are very clean and exceptionally well maintained. The bathrooms have recently been renovated. The location makes it easy to get to the center of Oetz quickly, with the supermarket and bakery practically next door. The ski bus stops across the street. We’ve always felt comfortable here and highly recommend it.

We stayed in the Schafle apartment from 29.12.25 to 05.01.2026, two families with five people altogether. The apartment and house are lovely, and the landlords were kind and ready to help if we needed anything. The location is top notch, right in the center of town. The ski bus stop is directly across the street, M-Preis is next door, parking is by the house, and there’s a ski boot cupboard on the ground floor. We’d be very happy to come back.

The Schatz family were very hospitable, and we’d love to return. The holiday apartment is clean, spacious and tastefully furnished. It’s centrally located and a great starting point for hiking, shopping or getting around by public transport.

There’s a supermarket right beside the building, and getting to the Hochötz valley station is easy on foot or by ski bus. The apartment was spotless, spacious enough even for a bigger family, and had everything we needed. The family hosting us was lovely, and we felt at home the whole time. We’d happily stay again.
