There's hardly any room to move around the kitchen, though somehow there are three trash cans. The apartment was a disaster for our family of four. Having two children, aged 20 and 17, sleep in one bedroom is unimaginable, especially since they hadn't even shared a bed with us when they were little. The kitchen had no microwave or kettle, and the mini fridge was smaller than one in a caravan. In the 21st century, there was a broom instead of a vacuum cleaner. I absolutely don't recommend it!

We rented all three apartments for a week with four small children and six adults, and the space and amenities worked perfectly for us. The place was lovely and clean. The ski bus stop is just 50 meters away, and you can walk to the cable car in three minutes.

The apartment was spotless and nicely furnished, with comfortable beds, fully equipped bathrooms and kitchen, and everything we needed to cook. There were plenty of dishes and cutlery, plus a capsule coffee machine. We especially enjoyed the huge balcony and its corner bench, and there was ample parking too. The ski room was great, with heated boot racks. Bergkristall is in a peaceful spot, but the Hochoetz cable car is only three minutes away by car or ski bus, with the bus stop 80 meters from the house. Check-in and departure were both easy, and the stay was wonderful and uncomplicated. The price was reasonable as well. Dear Pienz Family, thank you so much. We'll definitely come back!

The hostess was wonderful and took care of everything, with nothing left wanting. Fantastic accommodation, and perfect for larger groups. Thanks for a great weekend!
