We had a pleasant stay thanks in part to the friendly staff, who were always smiling. The rooms are simple, comfortable, well cared for, and very clean. The location is a real plus for shopping, with all the shops in Parndorf just a 2-minute walk away. Still, prices felt high for an average-standard room, and breakfast was overpriced too. I’d skip it and eat at one of the nearby places in Parndorf instead. It costs less and the food is much tastier. Three days after checkout, the hotel tried to charge €160 to our card, although everything had already been paid in full. There wasn’t enough money on the card, so it didn’t go through. It felt very suspicious, and I’d advise future guests to check their bank statements. It’s a decent place because of the location, but keep an eye on the costs and payments.

The breakfast was disgusting, and the hotel isn’t worth it. They asked for our debit card as a guarantee, then kept withdrawing money every day until it was all gone. Don’t give them your cards.

For a shopping trip, the location is handy. The rooms are small, clean, and cute, but there’s no coffee or tea and no other facilities. Breakfast is the only meal, and it’s very basic. During the day and evening, they offer only frozen pizza. It costs a lot for what you get.
