Hotel Karl-Wirt

We had a longer wait for dessert, but it wasn’t a problem. The quality is amazing, and the inner garden is beautiful, especially for big groups. As always, it was a pleasant visit, with lots of variety on the menu. They’re known for offal specialities, but there are also plenty of vegan and vegetarian dishes that aren’t listed on the official website menu, so don’t worry. Daily menus are very cheap, and the monthly dishes are seasonal, pumpkin at the moment.

A cozy restaurant with Austrian food at reasonable prices. I’m not a big eater, so the portions felt large to me. It gets busy at lunch. Also, this is a restaurant, so I’m not sure why Google asked me to review it as a hotel.

We really enjoyed our evening and the delicious dinner. The traditional menu is huge, so there’s something for every taste, and they also have seasonal food with new dishes appearing on a changing list. Everything was well prepared and authentic. The staff work quickly and efficiently, so there isn’t much time to talk, but they seem friendly. Thank you.

Such a disappointment. The service was bad, and everything I tried was so salty I couldn’t even eat it. I don’t know what happened to this restaurant, it used to be so much better.
