Leonardo Hotel Salzburg Airport

Armine Vardevanyan and Rafaela at the desk made my family feel at home with their warmth, attention, and personal care. My first experience with the Leonardo Group was outstanding, from the well-appointed rooms to the comfortable, welcoming stay. Some of the biggest brands can fall short on hospitality, especially for guests who may not spend the most, but that wasn’t my experience here. I’m looking forward to booking with the Leonardo Group in the future.

I was very satisfied with the price and how smoothly everything worked for the next morning of my business trip. The room was clean and spacious, and I appreciated the magnifying mirror in the bathroom. The night reception staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. Free parking was easy to use, breakfast was good, and I was pleasantly surprised to find almond, coconut, and rice milk. The hotel is close to the airport.

The free parking behind the building and free local buses were welcome extras, and breakfast had plenty to choose from. Reception staff were kind and friendly, and the clean room had full blackout curtains that helped me sleep well. I was genuinely surprised by how positive the stay at Hotel Leonardo was and thought it offered fantastic value. A few things could be better: hallway noise came through the room door, the breakfast dining room is small and can mean a short wait for a table at busy times, and there were no plugs beside the bed. Oddly, there were tea bags but no kettle, just a Tchibo espresso machine. I’d happily stay at Hotel Leonardo again.

We had a very comfortable stay, with well-prepared rooms, super comfortable beds, and good breakfast choices. The hotel is near Salzburg airport but a little far from the old city. Staff were really friendly and helpful, and the bus passes provided for our stay made getting to the old city and train station easy. Highly recommended.
