Appartementhaus Alpenrose

It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The apartment was even bigger than our place at home!

During my stay there wasn't any shampoo or hand wash gel. For what you pay, it isn't worth it.

We were looking forward to the visit, but the apartment was a letdown. Its overall condition felt dated and poorly maintained, and the kitchen was missing basic utensils. The bathroom and separate toilet have no windows, and the electronic ventilation didn't clear the humidity or unpleasant smells. At times the stairwell smelled musty too. We had trouble resting because every window and the balcony faced the back of the neighboring hotel, including its garbage area and delivery zone. It was noisy from morning until late at night. With these issues, the price didn't feel justified, and we can't recommend the apartment. There are surely nicer, quieter places nearby.

The staff were very friendly, but the rooms felt old and dated, and hardly cozy. There was no kitchen cleaning gel or hand soap, and we found the cutlery in the living room. The Wi-Fi was very poor. We were charged for the dog by the day, while people were charged by the night.
