The location made getting around easy: cross-country ski trails, lifts, and restaurants were all within walking distance. We had plenty of space for four adults and all our things, including in the bathroom and kitchen, and there was plenty of room for winter sports gear in the ski storage room. The Karwendel holiday apartment felt very comfortable and was tastefully furnished, with nothing missing. Even everyday supplies like garbage bags, dishwasher tablets, and toilet paper were provided in good quantities. We enjoyed lighting the cozy tiled stove, and wood and firelighters were easy to get at reception in the main building. With the south-facing balcony, we could even sit outside in winter. Highly recommended!

Silvia made us feel welcome straight away and was always on hand with great tips. We also appreciated being able to use the spa at the nearby Alphaus Aparthotel after active days. The Karwendel holiday apartment was spacious, modern, and cozy, with an incredible view of the Karwendel mountains. The Karwendel nature paradise starts right outside the door, and Lake Achensee is an easy walk away. There are plenty of good places to visit nearby, so there’s no chance of getting bored. We felt completely at home and will definitely return! 🥰

Silvia and her family are wonderful hosts 🥰 and made us feel at home right away. The apartment has been newly renovated and lovingly furnished, with everything we needed. The balcony has a fantastic view of the Karwendel Mountains. I’ll definitely be back.

The owners communicated very well, and Apartment 6 had everything we needed, including bed linen, towels, a washing machine, super Wi-Fi, and wood for the tiled stove. The beds were great, even the sofa bed in the second bedroom, and the living room was large. The balcony gets sun nearly all day. Shower and toilet are separate. The kitchen is cramped but fully equipped. Typical Dutch people, no cheese slicer here 😂. You want for nothing, unless you want a bath.
