Apparthaus Alpina

We’ve been coming to Lake Achensee for 35 years and have never had such an unpleasant experience. We’ll never stay here again. We felt the landlady was trying to blame guests for damage that was already there. The refrigerator was broken and froze everything, a blind was broken, there was pink lighting across the street from the hotel until the early hours, the beds were awful, the bathroom had mold, the dishes were filthy, and the sink was clogged. The landlady was unfriendly and called us old people. The one positive was her husband, who was very nice. He’s a geriatric nurse, so we thought he might not be as greedy as his wife. At most, pay half the price. I’m sending this text and all the photos to the tourist office too.

They really love animals, and the hospitality is wonderful. The service is fantastic, and you feel at home right away. It’s a great place to unwind, whether you’re on your own or with family. Thanks to you both for another lovely stay ❤️. I’ll definitely be back.

Mrs. and Mr. Zenz are so friendly, and they brought fresh rolls right to our door early in the morning. Our apartment for two was lovely, beautifully furnished, clean, and great value for money. It was quiet but close to the town center, less than 8 minutes to the lake and about 5 minutes to the cable car. We had a relaxing, enjoyable holiday. This was our second time here. Superb.

What a wonderful stay in Pertisau. Everything was absolutely perfect, and we’ll definitely come back!
