The apartment had everything we needed, and the landlord was exceptionally friendly and helpful. From the bedroom and terrace, we could enjoy a stunning mountain view. The cross-country ski trail goes right past the terrace. We were more than happy with our stay and will definitely come back.

The apartment is spacious, clean, and well equipped, with a dishwasher and oven. The bathroom and kitchen are a little dated, but both were functional and clean. The landlord was friendly and helpful, and we had no complaints. There was a mix-up with the bread delivery, though we quickly found a replacement at the village shop around the corner. The location was the highlight for us. The terrace looks out over the quiet back of the building, and the house isn't right on the road. We had open panoramic views of the Rofan Mountains and the Karwendel range, plus a glimpse of Lake Achsensee. Bus stops, free with a guest card, restaurants, and the village shop are right nearby. It's also an easy walk to the boat dock, pizzeria, playground, Karwendel cable car, souvenir shops, and more. We'd gladly return.

We loved this well-kept holiday apartment in a fantastic part of Pertisau, with gorgeous mountain and lake views. The landlord was very friendly and helpful. It works especially well for a couple with one or two children, since the kids can have their own separate space if needed. We'd love to return...
